MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Dodge Public Schools and its entities is to foster academic and personal excellence in a safe environment by providing a quality education with consistent and measurable progress; and create respectful, responsible citizens who value learning throughout their lives while contributing to their community in an ever-changing world.

BELIEFS

WE BELIEVE………

All students can learn and we have an obligation to assist each student in pursuing his/her potential as a life-long learner.

Staff, students, family, and community have a right to be treated with respect and dignity.

The education of our students is a shared responsibility among the families, staff, school board, and community.

Staff will provide students with challenging opportunities and establish high expectations with everyone, including students being accountable for learning and success.

Education provides the path to knowledge, personal growth, cultural understanding, and social progress.

Students need to be given the opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities in order to further the development of leadership, confidence, and teamwork skills beyond the classroom.
