State FCCLA Leadership Conference

Four members of the Dodge FCCLA Chapter participated in the State FCCLA Leadership Conference in Lincoln on April 7-8. “Swing to Success” was the theme for this year’s conference held at the Cornhusker Hotel and Pershing Auditorium. Kim Meiergerd, Kelly Pieper, and Tessa Harms competed in the Star Project with their speech on Postpartum Depression. Kim, Kelly, and Tessa did their best effort for the competition and were awarded a silver medal. Nicole Miller work hard on completing Power of One for State FCCLA.
The Howells-Dodge Chapter was the District #5 winner of the “Share, Care, and Be Aware” chapter competition. The chapter also received the Gold Star Chapter, the highest award given to chapters in Nebraska.
